Olive + Food = Delicious Mess

Olive loves food.  Forget the mushed baby food.  She wants the real stuff and she wants to do it by herself.  I think Ace enjoys it too.  He lays on the floor in anticipation of dropped goodies:)

O Christmas Tree

We had a lot of fun decorating our Christmas Tree.  Olive loved the lights and she wanted to taste every ornament she could get her hands on!  There was Christmas music playing and crackers and easy cheese to enjoy (a family tradition). 

We tried to take a family picture...but the tree was much cooler!

One Tooth

I'm a little late with this post but Olive has had one bottom tooth for a couple of weeks now.  It's super cute.  You can't see it very often but she sure does know how to use it!

The last time we were at my parents house Olive got a chance to play outside in the grass (we don't really have a yard at our house).  She's not afraid to get dirty.  At one point I looked over and there was a clump of grass hanging out of her mouth. 

Halloween 2010

We had a great Halloween weekend.  We went to the Fall Festival at church on Friday and trick or treating with the Bagleys on Sunday.  How cute is the penguin!!

Green Acres

We visited Green Acres Farm and had a lot of fun.  We went through the corn maze and played in the sand and hay.  I think Olive's favorite part was the sand!

Olive had her first taste of baby food the other day.  She had carrots and some did actually make it in her mouth!

6 Month Checkup

Olive is 6 months old!  How did that happen?  She's growing so fast.  She weighs 17 pounds and 6 ounces and is 26 1/2 inches long.  Her visit with the doctor was great...except for the shot part.  Nobody likes that.  It tired her out so much this is what she was doing when Mike picked her up from daycare that afternoon.

A couple of weeks ago Mike, Olive and I went to the park. There were lots of kids there and Olive had a good time watching them all.  And she really loved the swing.

An Evening Stroll

We went for a walk on the greenway behind our house the other night.  Olive loves it outside.  And she loves to be moving in her stroller.  She started out very excited and by the end of the walk she was really relaxed!
